Gaston's professionalism was clear from the outset and this is also reflected in the team of carpenters that work with him, along with the contractors he engages. It was apparent from our own interactions with his team, along with feedback we received from neighbours. The timeframe we proposed from the outset was very ambitious but for GTO Building to have achieved it (even with the variations) was phenomenal, highlighting his exceptional project management skills. Part of this is driven by the relationships he has built within the industry and his can do attitude, which often went far beyond what we would expect of our builder. It is clear that Gaston is well respected and personable making it easy to engage with him. For us, communication and trust were key as we were based overseas, and Gaston made this easy for us, with constant calls, videos and updated photos, ensuring we were aware of and, to the extent necessary, able to resolve any issues that arose together. Without a doubt we would not have been able to achieve what we did within the timeframe had it not been for GTO Building.
